Independent clinic setting up its EHR from scratch

A small independent clinic had signed up for an EHR but nobody had time to configure it. Paper intake forms were still being used. I owned the clinical side of setup. I worked through their visit types, built digital intake and consent forms, set up secure patient communication and configured insurance and eligibility fields. New patients completed paperwork before arriving, and staff stopped retyping forms. Message me if your EHR is paid for but not working for you.
Dental office migrating off a server-based system

A dental office on an old server-based practice management system needed to move to a modern platform without losing patient history. I handled migration planning and configuration. I audited what needed to move, cleaned duplicate and incomplete records, set up the new system, connected the clearinghouse for claims and ERA, and built recall reminders. Med spa moving to a new booking and membership platform

A growing med spa was running services, memberships and packages across spreadsheets and a basic booking tool. Front desk staff were rebuilding the same details by hand. I was responsible for the full build-out in the new platform. I mapped their services, treatment durations, membership tiers, package rules and staff permissions before touching any settings. I configured the service menu, memberships, retail inventory and automated appointment reminders. The front desk could book, sell packages and check out clients from one system.
