As a Team Manager at Amazon, I am responsible for the further development of HR processes in the area of Time & Pay Services. My focus is on the automation and digitization of process structures, targeted data analysis and the implementation of AI-based solutions to increase efficiency, transparency and scalability. A key part of my work is the integration of AI-supported tools into existing HR processes - for example, to optimize reporting, forecasting and decision support. I combine technical understanding with change management to take employees and managers through the transformation.
