Que dois-je fournir avant de passer une commande ?
J'aurai besoin d'au moins un thème général pour le design. Si possible, partagez également une brève description de votre marque ainsi que les graphiques ou textes que vous souhaitez inclure, comme une citation, un slogan ou une accroche.
Puis-je obtenir une maquette gratuite de votre part ?
Bien sûr ! Je fournis une maquette réaliste à chaque client qui commande un design pour ce service, afin que vous puissiez avoir un aperçu du rendu du design sur le vêtement de votre choix.
Quels fichiers vais-je recevoir de votre part ?
Je fournis toujours trois types de fichiers : des fichiers de conception PNG haute résolution (300 ppi, fond transparent), une maquette JPG et un fichier source PSD (Photoshop). Ceci constitue une exception pour la formule Lite, car elle n'inclut pas le fichier source. Je crée mes créations avec Adobe Photoshop.
Puis-je bénéficier d'une livraison express ?
La livraison express est disponible moyennant un supplément, mais cela dépend de ma charge de travail. Pour être sûr que je peux terminer votre projet à temps, envoyez-moi d'abord un message. Cela facilite les choses pour nous deux !

Insufficient communication and low quality of delivery, for a work that had a custom pricing above average. Thankfully the freelancer was reasonable and quickly refunded me, otherwise this would have been a terrible experience. It was just a waste of time for both of us.
