What does the monthly report include?
Error summaries, performance trends, Ruby/Rails/gem security advisories, and recommendations. Fortress clients get additional deployment and upgrade recommendations.
What's included in the security patch add-on?
I apply security patches for Rails, Ruby and gems — up to 2 hours per month. Major version upgrades (e.g. Rails 7 to 8) are separate projects.
Do I need to give you server access?
Yes, I'll need access to your codebase and server to set up monitoring and deliver the service. We can discuss secure access methods before you order.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package later?
Absolutely. You can switch packages anytime at the start of a new billing cycle.
