Do my drivers need to install a new app?
No. Drivers use Telegram on the phone they already have. Each truck gets its own private group with big buttons: ACCEPT, LOADED, EMPTY, send POD. No logins, no commands to learn, and drivers never see other drivers' loads, documents or messages.
Can a driver see the broker rate on the rate confirmation?
Not with the AI reader (Full Office, or the add-on): it never pulls the broker rate or contacts, strips any dollar amount that slips through, and the dispatcher types the driver pay. In Dispatch Starter the driver sees whatever the dispatcher posts, so post loads without the rate.
What happens when a driver ignores the bot?
It chases hourly after pickup until LOADED, hourly after delivery until EMPTY, and every 30 minutes until the POD. After 2 ignored reminders, Dispatch gets an OVERDUE alert and the dispatcher and manager get a DM (Telegram allows DMs only to people who pressed Start once).
Which GPS and ELD systems do you support?
Live GPS and geofences: Samsara, on a read-only token. Driver hours: Samsara, or Extreme ELD / HOS247 via HOSconnect. Both are built and tested but not yet proven on a live ELD account, and go live once your provider grants API access. Motive, Geotab: not built. I am not affiliated with them.
Is this built from scratch for me?
No, and that is the point. The core load flow already runs daily for a US fleet of about 90 trucks, with nearly 1,000 automated tests. The AI reader, GPS automation and ELD hours are newer, tested modules with less live time. I adapt it to you and install it on your server.
Does it replace my TMS, accounting software or ELD?
No. It is the driver and operations layer next to your TMS or QuickBooks. It does not do invoicing, settlements, IFTA or load board links, and it is not an ELD; it only reads hours from yours. Loads come in by paste, screenshot, PDF or rate con upload.
Where does it run, and who owns the data?
On your own Ubuntu server, with your own Telegram bot and API keys, HTTPS and nightly backups. Your loads, documents and PODs stay with you. You get a license to run and customize your copy for your company; reselling the software is not included.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Each automation (driver menu, upload-first, routing, AI offers, GPS, driver hours, auto-close) has its own switch and starts OFF, so you go live one step at a time. Upgrade from Dispatch Starter within 30 days and I will credit your Starter price in full in a custom offer.
Does it work for a dispatch service with several carriers?
It can. Each company can run as its own separate copy with its own bot, database and panel, and one office can connect one ELD account per carrier. Send me your setup before ordering so I can scope it in a custom offer.
What do I need to have ready?
A small Ubuntu server (I can help you pick one), a Telegram bot token (I will walk you through it) and your truck and driver list. For GPS, a Samsara read-only token. For the AI reader, your own Anthropic API key. For automatic group creation, a spare Telegram user account.
