FAQ
Who is this for?
Online stores, crowdfunding campaigns and service businesses running Facebook and Instagram ads for sales, leads, traffic or engagement. Not for app install campaigns.
What is the difference between the tiers?
Tracking Check looks at whether Meta sees your conversions. Account Audit adds how the account is structured. Performance Audit adds how campaigns and ad sets perform, and the trends.
What do I receive?
A written report with the evidence: the risks, blockers and opportunities I find, why each matters, and what to look at first. A 30-minute walkthrough call can be added as an extra.
What access do you need?
Analyst or partner access to your ad account and Events Manager. I never need admin rights or passwords, and I change nothing during the audit.
Will my tracking scores reach the maximum?
Not necessarily, and they do not need to. Scores depend on the data your site can collect. The audit shows where yours stand and what can make them healthier.
What is the native tracking fix?
An extra that sets up the pixel and server-side tracking through your platform's native app, such as Shopify's. It needs admin access to your store. Complex custom tracking setups are not covered.
Do you manage the ads afterwards?
No. I do not manage ads or produce creative. You or your media buyer act on the findings; a strategy session helps if you want to talk them through.
What if my account is restricted?
This audit needs an active account. I cannot lift restrictions or appeal Meta's decisions. If you followed Meta's rules, a strategy session can look at likely causes together.
Can you audit agency accounts or large budgets?
Yes, after a look first. Message me with your biggest challenge and the size of the account, and I will tell you whether this gig fits or a custom offer is needed.
Are results guaranteed?
No. The audit shows what I find in your account and what to look at first. What you change, and how the ads perform after, stays with you and your team.
