As an architect I totally believe in the importance of showcasing your project to help clients capture the essence, passion, and aesthetics of your architectural design.

This is where 3D modeling and architectural visualization come into play, they allow you to transmit a great deal of information, evoke emotions and in the process, tell a story of its own. A realistic 3D render is a great tool to not only sell your design but also, its a way of presenting real estate projects from the point of view of the customer, and should always be precise, creative, and unique.

What will I need from you?

If you order the 3D model along with the rendering, I will request from you mainly the floor plans and elevations of your architecture design, this can also include sketches or visual references.

If you provide the 3D model, I'll need it in the following formats: Sketchup, .FBX, .3DS or Revit.
