30+ years leading multi-unit restaurant operations and business transformation. I currently run the enterprise Test and Learn program for a national restaurant chain, evaluating new tech (AI drive-thru, POS, kitchen display systems) before full rollout, and built the internal tracking portal used to manage every pilot. Before that, 18 years rising from General Manager to Regional Operations Leader, with full P&L ownership of multi-unit portfolios.
