FAQ
I am not sure my task can be automated. Can you check first?
Yes. Send me a short description or a screen recording of the steps you repeat. I will tell you honestly whether it can be automated, how long it would take and which package fits. This costs nothing and there is no obligation to order.
Do I need Python or any other software installed?
No. You receive a single .exe file. Double-click and it runs on any Windows 10 or 11 PC. If you would rather have the Python source code, just tell me before we start and I will deliver that instead.
Does it work on Mac or Linux?
My tools are built for Windows. I can deliver a Python script that runs on Mac or Linux, but you will need Python installed on your machine. Please tell me your operating system before ordering.
What happens to my data?
The tool runs entirely on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded to me or to any third-party server. Any sample files you share with me are deleted after delivery.
What if the target website changes and the tool breaks?
Bug fixes are free for 14 days after delivery. After that, adapting the tool to a redesigned website is a small paid update. I will always tell you the cost upfront.
