The cover design work was excellent, timely, professional and collaborative. I didn't like the service charge being unknown until I was about to pay. Downloading the psd file was stressful and problematic. The service charge/download issues soured my experience.

This is my second project with Billy, and on both counts, I have been happy with the book covers he produced. At first, I was a little skeptical... working with a new designer can be scary... but I took a leap and what an awesome flight it was. Working with Billy Design was a great experience. He understood my vision and collaborated well with me. I will definitely return for the next project!
