I requested testing for a mobile app, provided documentation for the team, and everything was completed successfully. They communicated all the problems to my team, so the issues were resolved.

Great experience working with this tester. They provided a very detailed report with screenshots, videos, reproduction steps, and thoughtful feedback about the overall user experience. The testing was thorough and helped identify several issues I may have otherwise missed. I would happily work with them again.
