Inclusive Education Workshop Facilitator this was my first work. Community-Based System Dynamics Project — 2021 - Organized participatory workshops with students, parents, and teachers. - Supported communities in establishing new classrooms, playgrounds, parent-teacher meetings, and project exhibitions. Impact: Strengthened community ownership of education and improved learning environments for children. Reported all in Dari to English for Donar. I have completed the above-mentioned work successfully and below is the second project that I have completed. Survey Enumerator – Dementia & Cognitive Impairment Study National Rural Support Program — 2022 - Conducted 1,500 structured interviews assessing quality of life and depression indicators among older adults. - Facilitated Group Model Building workshops to identify systemic factors affecting well-being. - Contributed to research findings showing higher multidimensional poverty among older adults with dementia. Impact: Provided critical data for policymakers and health organizations working on aging and mental health. The third one below. Children Resilience in Afghanistan Study (CRAS) Swedish Committee for Afghanistan — 2022–2023 - Trained teachers in inclusive education and project-based learning methodologies. - Implemented psychosocial support toolkits for children affected by conflict and emergencies. - Led participatory workshops assessing child happiness, resilience, and well-being. Impact: Improved teachers’ capacity to support vulnerable children and generated evidence for child-focused interventions. The fourth one is below. Education & Research Facilitator Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NACAF) — 2024–2026 - Designed and delivered Think Lab and Job Lab courses in partnership with TVET institutions. - Facilitated IT and English training for youth. - Supported the Solidarity in Action Project, promoting inclusion, diversity, and equitable learning environments. Impact.
