I design, build and run my own consumer web products end to end - product, front end, backend, data pipelines, infrastructure and monetization. What I ship regularly: - Next.js and Astro sites on Cloudflare Workers, backed by Supabase/PostgreSQL - Scheduled scrapers and ETL pipelines that keep catalogs and prices current - Desktop tools (Electron) that pull product data and push it to Naver Smart Store through the Commerce API - Mini-apps on Toss, Korea's largest fintech super-app, inside its review and performance constraints Because these are my own products, I care about the things agencies skip: crawl reliability, category mapping accuracy, page speed, and whether the thing still runs unattended six months later.
