Marie was very responsive and willing to make revisions, which I appreciated. However, she struggled to follow my creative direction despite detailed instructions and multiple rounds of feedback. I ultimately had to create my own full reference edit showing the exact structure, pacing, and placement...

Absolutely loved the final wedding video. The editor understood my requirements perfectly and captured the emotions of the day beautifully. The transitions, music, timing, and overall storytelling were exactly what I wanted. It feels personal rather than overly edited, which is exactly what I was looking for. Excellent work highly recommended.

Seller didn't respond to my messages and took many days to deliver the order and when I requested a few changes, she never replied back and I never got the updated video.

Extremely amateur, unprofessional, and unreliable. Don’t be fooled by the portfolio samples on their profile—they aren’t their own work. What you receive is completely different from what you see in their portfolio, and the quality is terrible.
