Connect your business tools with a focused, maintainable n8n workflow. I will help define one process, map the data and build a practical automation using supported native nodes or documented APIs.
Basic: 1 workflow, 1 trigger, up to 2 apps and 5 total nodes, 3 test scenarios and an error notification. Standard: up to 3 apps and 10 nodes, 1 branch, a duplicate-check key where the API supports it and 5 tests. Premium: up to 4 apps and 15 nodes, 2 branches, bounded retries for safe operations and 8 tests. All node counts include triggers and control nodes. Each package includes an export without secrets and handover notes.
You provide your own n8n account and authorized app access. Hosting, subscriptions and API charges are separate. We confirm API access, rate limits, data handling and failure behaviour before ordering. No bulk outreach, restricted scraping, custom app development, AI model integration or ongoing monitoring is included.

FAQ
What do you need before I order?
Send the trigger, apps, desired output, expected volume and example records without personal data. I will confirm API access, permissions and scope first. Never send passwords or API keys in the requirements.
Are n8n and API subscriptions included?
No. You own and pay for your n8n hosting and third-party accounts. I confirm any required plans and usage costs before work; no paid service is activated without your approval.
How do you prevent duplicates and handle errors?
Standard and Premium use an agreed duplicate key where the destination supports it. Premium adds bounded retries for safe operations. I document limits and test failure scenarios; exactly-once delivery is not universally possible.
What is included after delivery?
You receive the workflow export without secrets, agreed test results and handover notes. Revisions cover the agreed process. New integrations, ongoing monitoring and maintenance are separate.
