I run the day-to-day operations of a small holding company on a Claude Code system I built myself: legal document reviews, investment and feasibility reports, follow-up tracking and scheduled automations. Last month it produced 100+ business reports. I am an operator, not a developer, so I build for non-technical founders: Windows-first, plain-language commands, memory that learns from your corrections, and automations that alert you when they silently fail.
