FAQ
Do I need to buy the email subscription myself?
Yes, you'll need an active account/subscription with the provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Proton Business, or Zoho). I handle the technical setup — domain verification, DNS records, and mailbox creation.
How long until my email starts working?
Setup takes 1–3 days depending on your package. DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to fully propagate everywhere, even though they often work within minutes.
Is my password safe?
I never need your main account password. I'll only need access to your domain registrar or DNS panel, and I recommend changing passwords after delivery.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Your domain name, access to your DNS/registrar panel, preferred email provider, and how many mailboxes you need.
Do you offer support after delivery if something breaks?
Yes — the Premium package includes 7 days of support. Extended support can also be purchased as an add-on.
