Led task planning and review for a 4-member team and collaborated with senior stakeholders to translate analytical findings into clear financial insights supporting audit judgments and reporting. Supported Learning & Development initiatives for a 50+ member Data & Analytics team by organizing and delivering structured training sessions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, contributing to capability building and 35% improvement in workflow productivity.
