You must provide your existing logo file (in AI / PSD file or high resolution PNG transparent background). And let us know how you want the animation to be. If you request a custom animation that needs a different pose of your logo and an additional custom background, it will be extra charges.

Yes, we can create you a logo in a separated order. So, please kindly place your order to the Esport logo gigs first. Once you have a logo, you can directly order this animation gigs :) Or you can let us know through inbox and we will send you a separated offer for the logo.

We mostly create 2D animation style. And if you need additional custom drawing for the different poses of your logo mascot or for the background, there will be extra costs needed. Please message us before ordering, so we can send you a separated offer for the additional customized graphic/ drawing

It depends on the package you choose (please kindly check package description). If you need it longer and additional more complex animation, it will require additional cost.

For the standard and premium package, it will include sound effects. But for the basic package, sound effects will be an extra $10 :)

Regarding the premium package that includes 3D animation, we only animate 3D object (for example your logo). We do not animate 3D modelling / 3D character itself.

Tell us EVERYTHING you wish to be improved. You can have unlimited number of changes, till you're satisfied & accept the order. But, it doesn't cover a change of your initial concept/rework the whole thing in the middle of the process. If you are still not happy, we'll give your m0ney back!
