What logo style do you offer? and what if I don't have any concept for the logo?
We only create a 2D esport logo style in this gigs. No realistic / 3D style :) Regarding the concept, don't worry, if you hardly know what you want, no worries, we can have an open-ended communication to figure it out together :)
How many character am I supposed to get for EACH package?
1 character only, for example: $35 package will give you 1 human character only. Each package covers for 1 logo version 1 character only. So to have more characters and more versions of the logo will be EXTRA charge.
Can I have a human character in the basic package ($15)?
This $15 package is for 1 logo text only :) You can purchase the STANDARD PACKAGE $35 for a human/animal character logo. But don't worry, if you have already ordered it without realizing this, we can top it up.
Does this price include a source file of logo or ANIMATION?
Only the premium package comes with a source file :) For the basic and standard packages, it doesn't give you the source file, the final file only PNG high resolution transparent background (NO BG). So for source file, there will be additional cost needed :) This gig doesn't include animation.
Does this price include a commercial use or a copyright ownership?
A commercial use or a copyright ownership will be extras.
Does "1-day-delivery" mean you will work on my logo till final (no modifications needed) for the 24 hours?
If you choose 1-day delivery means you'll get the FIRST PREVIEW in 24 hours :) Duration for modifications (until no modifications needed) will really depend on the complexity of your revision request.
What if I'm not happy with the delivery ?
Tell us EVERYTHING you wish to be improved. You can have unlimited number of changes, till you're satisfied & accept the order. But, it doesn't cover a change of your initial concept/rework the whole thing in the middle of the process. If you are still not happy, we'll give your m0ney back!

All in all good, some of the communication was more difficult because I wasn't 100% set on a design but there was good results. Overall an enjoyable time, very helpful and included some "extras" which were just tiny modified versions of the logo which was greatly appreciated.

I was extremely fussy and communication at times was sometimes difficult but that is to be expected as we’re all from different backgrounds however I would mark my work and any changes and they quickly understand, I myself struggle to communicate via messages, however every small change and detail they sorted so quickly and we achieved an amazing result
