While communication is a bit delayed, I absolutely must appreciate the level of effort this creator goes through to make sure everything goes smoothly, and all for a reasonable price :) I'm enjoying the end product and as someone who's always wanted to see their characters ready for 3D animation, this work is a dream come true.
