FAQ
What data formats do you accept?
I can work with Excel, CSV, Google Sheets exports, and data exported from POS, ERP, CRM, or other business systems.
What information do you need to get started?
To begin, I typically need: -Sales data (Excel or CSV) -A brief description of your business -The KPIs you want to track -Any existing reports or dashboards (optional) If you're unsure, I can help identify the most relevant metrics for your business.
Can you create custom KPIs and metrics?
Yes. Every business is different. I can create dashboards tailored to your goals, including sales KPIs, customer metrics, operational performance indicators, and business-specific calculations.
Will you provide insights or only the dashboard?
I don't just build dashboards. I also provide business-focused insights and recommendations to help you understand trends, opportunities, and areas that may require attention.
Is my business data kept confidential?
Yes. All data shared during the project is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of completing your dashboard and analysis.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please. A quick discussion before ordering helps ensure that I understand your business goals, data structure, and reporting requirements so I can recommend the most suitable package.
I don't know which KPIs I should track. Can you help?
Absolutely. Many small businesses know they have data but aren't sure which metrics matter most. I can recommend relevant KPIs and dashboard layouts based on your business type and objectives.
