I handled backend architecture and AI integration for an agency shipping 60+ projects a year. Speed and reliability were the main focus, so my main priority was building reliable systems fast without writing messy code. I built the core logic for custom SaaS platforms, CRMs, and Web3 Telegram mini-apps like T-Project. Wrote mostly async Python with FastAPI and Tortoise ORM. For the AI side, I developed custom RAG pipelines backed by Qdrant vector databases to process complex enterprise data. Infrastructure wasn't just AWS. We ran hybrid setups using AWS for managed components and Hetzner bare metal for compute-heavy AI tasks, all orchestrated with Kubernetes. I also brought in NATS for low-latency messaging between microservices. From debugging API bottlenecks to structuring distributed systems, I made sure things stayed stable under heavy load.
