What is a provisional patent application (PPA)?
If you have an innovative idea but need more time to develop it, PPA is the right choice. It gives you "Patent Pending" status and 1 year to develop the idea and file a non-provisional patent
Why PPA?
It gives you 1 year time to improve the idea. You can legally use Patent Pending status to push your product in the market and attract more customers and investors
What are the estimated costs?
That depends on the specifics of services you require and the associated govt fee (different fee for individuals and businesses)

Which countries do you serve?
We serve almost all the countries where English is an official language for patent filings. Most of our clients are from the following countries: US, UK, European Union, Canada, Australia, Israel, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and Singapore.
What is the PPA application fee for micro entity in US?
The fee for a micro-entity is $70. Fiverr cuts and conversion charges will be added to this.
Can you do non-provisional or complete applications?
Absolutely. We can draft and file Non-Provisional (also known as complete application and full patent) Applications as well. Message us for samples. Kindly check our profile to find the gig for Non-Provisional Applications.
Should I do a patent search before filing a PPA?
You may choose to skip it if you are REALLY tight on budget for the time being. A PPA will not be examined by the patent office unless you file a corresponding non-provisional. A patentability search is highly recommended if you are filing a non-provisional application.
Does PPA work for Design patents?
