À propos de moi
I'm a Canadian operations professional and the founder of PLK Dedicated Assistant Services. I provide fractional executive operations support to North American business owners who need an experienced, resourceful person they can trust to take ownership of the work happening behind the business. My work typically falls into four areas: Executive Operations, Business Operations, Intelligence and Special Projects. I effectively handle all the things that need to get done but don't neatly fit into someone's job description.

Led and supported regional operations across Refrigerative Supply Limited's Prairie network, with responsibility spanning distribution, inventory management, logistics and operational performance. Managed the startup and operational design of two new distribution centres and two retail branches during my tenure, helping establish the processes, workflows and operating requirements needed to bring the new locations online.
