How does the vehicle availability calendar works with multiple pickup locations?
Vehicles are assigned to specific depots. When a customer selects a pickup location and date range, the system dynamically filters to show only available vehicles at those locations. I also support one-way rentals with custom drop-off location pricing.

How are security deposit handled - is the card actually charged?
I configure this based on your model: card pre-authorization to reserve funds without charging, full deposit charges at booking with automated refunds after return, or noting deposits for collection at pickup.
