What's the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
Basic = half-body mascot, flat color. Standard = full-body + 2 poses + brand colors + files. Premium = full-body + 3 poses + logo lockup + style guide + commercial rights. Unsure? Message me first and I'll recommend one.
Do you use AI tools in the design process?
No — every mascot is 100% hand-designed by me, not AI-generated. I may sketch references, but all final art is manual for consistent, on-brand results. Want AI-assisted art instead? Just ask before ordering.
What file formats will I receive?
You'll get transparent PNG, JPEG, and editable vector files (AI/EPS) — scalable for cards, vehicles, signage, or social media. Basic includes PNG/JPEG; Standard & Premium include all formats.
Can I use the mascot as my official business logo?
Yes, with Premium — it includes full commercial rights plus a logo lockup with your business name, ready as your official mark. Basic/Standard are best for general character use only.
