Unfortunately, this wasn't a good experience. The work required a lot of back-and-forth due to avoidable mistakes — for example, I provided two different ISBNs for two different covers, and she added the same one to both. Small details like this kept slipping through. This is also my second time hiring...

It took multiple repeating of the same instruction to get some changes made. When I gave multiple instructions, only one aspect of it was honored then sent back for revision. She does not seem to utilize the designer's eye. I have to specify everything, even though I don't have the eye (I'm not a designer)...
