Month-End Closing: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including complex bank reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries for multiple accounts. Cleanup & Integrity: Perform regular audits of the Chart of Accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of the Balance Sheet and P&L. Accounts Management: Oversee A/P and A/R cycles to optimize working capital and maintain healthy vendor/client relationships. Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial packages, including cash flow analysis and budget-vs-actual reports to guide executive decision-making. Compliance & Tax: Coordinate with external CPAs for tax preparation and audits, maintaining "audit-ready" books throughout the fiscal year. System Integration: Implement and manage integrations between accounting software and third-party apps (Payroll, CRM, Merchant Services) to eliminate data silos. Technical Proficiencies: Advanced QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor) & Xero Certified. Financial Modeling & Advanced Excel. Multi-currency & Multi-entity Accounting.
