Do you just run my business through ChatGPT or some LLM and send me the output?
No. I analyze your business personally and write every recommendation myself. AI tools may assist my process the same way spreadsheets assist an accountant, but the judgment, the financial reasoning, and the final deliverable are mine. You are hiring a CPA with 18 years in operations, not a prompt.
What information do you need from me to start?
A short description of your business, your biggest day-to-day bottleneck, and roughly how many calls or leads you handle weekly. I will ask follow-up questions if needed.
Is this a one-time report or ongoing support?
The assessment itself is a one-time deliverable. Implementation, training, and ongoing support are available as extras or through a separate engagement after your assessment.
Is this going to tell me to replace my staff with AI?
Never. Every recommendation I make is designed to take repetitive work off your team so they can do the work only people can do. If your business is short-staffed, automation covers the gap while you hire. I will not hand you a plan that guts your team.
I have no idea where to start with AI. Is that a problem?
That is the ideal starting point. Business owners who have already bought five AI tools are usually harder to help than owners who have bought none. We start with your workflow, find where time and revenue are actually leaking, and only then decide whether AI is the right fix.
