À propos de moi
After working extensively in e-commerce operations, customer service, inventory management and business administration, I identified a gap in the market. Many support providers were based in large metropolitan areas and often lacked an understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by regional businesses.
Kym's Virtual Solutions was established to bridge that gap by providing hands-on support tailored to the needs of Australian businesses, combining professional operational support with a practical understanding of how businesses function behind the scenes.

One of my biggest achievements was growing from an e-commerce and dispatch role into managing a large part of the business's day-to-day operations. I took on responsibilities across warehousing and fulfilment, inventory, e-commerce, administration, accounts and customer service, while also becoming involved in marketing and business development. This gave me a strong understanding of how the different areas of an e-commerce business connect and the importance of keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
