What is included in the social media kit?
The social media kit includes ready to use covers, banners, profile photo for any social media platform you use. These are all derivatives of the main logo. Each kit includes up to 5 banners.
What is Source/Vector Files? Why do i need them?
The Source/Vector file is the format of the resizable logo so that when you resize it doesn't get distorted or lose quality. If you need to print the logo on large surfaces or on merchandize such as t-shirts, mugs and so on it is recommended to buy the vector file.
What is included in the stationary?
The stationary includes a 2 sided business card, envelope and a letterhead. It is delivered in ready to print pdf files.
Can I purchase basic gig first and then later upgrade package ?
You can start with the basic gig only if your requirements are simple enough to fit in the basic package (1 element, 1-2 colors). If so then you can add extras such as social kit and stationary separately later on. But if your concept is sophisticated then it can start only from the premium package
What is your refund policy?
You will be eligible for a refund if I have not followed some or any of your requirements. In such cases, if my delivery is not conform to any of the requirements you provided then you can request, and will get from me, a full refund no questions asked.
