I appreciate the hard work on this long project, however the details and formatting weren’t up to my expectations. I also feel like the design was not on par with the inspo I provided. Overall, my experience was good, just didn’t love the result, and had to tweak a lot of it myself.

This delivery was mostly solid, except that it was 2 days late without advanced warning and there was a lack of attention to detail. I asked the freelancer to update a Canva file to new branding.
