Intern trainee, Tier 2 bank. i completed an internship rotation across 4 key departments where I gained hands-on experience in banking operations and customer service. Key responsibilities and achievements: operations department: Helped process customer transactions, for example, deposits, withdrawals, and account opening Assisted in bank statement reconciliation, filing and document verification. Credit department: I helped customers file loan applications and necessary attachment documents Participated in customer credit assessment and KYC verification Assisted in loan file preparation and monitoring of loan performance under the recovery team Finance Department: Assisted with daily reconciliation of bank statements Assisted in the preparation of financial reports. Handled data entry into banking systems under supervision. Human Resource Department Assisted in the utilisation of different human resource forms with staff for leave forms and advance payment forms assisted in management of staff files and payroll process coordinated staff attendance and leave records supported employee communication in relation to the bank's HR policy Skills gained included professionalism communication customer service teamwork basic data entry accuracy confidentiality
