She actually used the app before filming, so everything she says on camera is real and the video came back exactly the way I'd hoped, even better: natural, well paced, the app on screen where it matters, captions done. Delivered a day early, easy to work with, zero back and forth. I'll definitely working with her again.

Overall a great experience — fast delivery and smooth communication. The final result was close to what I expected, though the opening hook and full-screen framing could’ve been a bit stronger to maximize impact. The creator comes across as natural and genuine on camera, which is a real plus for UGC content.
