I have been writing Minecraft plugins in Java for 10 years. I also run my own Paper network, so I know what breaks under real player load. I run my own Minecraft network and write every plugin it uses, so I see how custom code behaves with real players on it rather than only in a test world. Work includes custom event plugins, combat and PvP tuning, anti-lag systems, anti-cheat helper tooling, MySQL backed data storage and cross-server sync over BungeeCord. I also handle the day to day side: performance profiling, crash and console log analysis, version upgrades and keeping third party plugins working together after updates.
