Not a great experience. Shown samples don't match the actual skill and results expected. Didnt listen to my initial requirements and sent basic work i could have made myself. I wanted to cancel as I wasn't please but was refused. I would have preferred to cancel and not continue but I was denied. Continued to send subpar work i can't use.
