Which Shopify package is right for my store?
Store Starter is for a small first store or a quick professional setup with up to 5 products. Advanced Shopify Store covers a complete catalogue with apps and email capture. Pro Shopify Store adds custom sections, Liquid code and integrations. Larger or custom projects get a tailored offer after we
Can you redesign my existing Shopify store?
Yes. We audit your current Shopify store for conversion, speed and mobile UX, then rebuild the homepage, collections and product pages on your existing theme or a new one, keeping your products, URLs and SEO rankings intact.
Do you build dropshipping and one product Shopify stores?
Yes. One product stores and dropshipping stores get a focused structure: one clear hero, benefit sections, trust elements and a clean checkout path. Supplier apps like DSers or Zendrop can be connected as part of the setup.
Can you migrate my store from WooCommerce, Wix or Etsy to Shopify?
Yes. We move products, customers and orders, rebuild the structure on Shopify and set up redirects so your search rankings carry over. Migration is available as an extra on any package or as part of a custom offer, depending on the size of your catalogue.
Do you write custom Shopify code?
Yes. When the theme can't do what you need, we write custom Liquid sections, JavaScript and Metafield logic. Recent work includes a vehicle search across 101,000 entries and a full Shopify theme built from scratch.
What do you need from me to start?
Shopify collaborator access, your logo and brand colours, product details and images, and one or two reference stores you like. If content isn't ready yet, we start with the structure and add it as it comes in.
Will my Shopify store be optimised for SEO and speed?
Yes. Every store gets a clean page structure, SEO titles and descriptions, image optimisation and a speed check. The On-Page SEO extra adds full meta data, alt text and URL work across all pages and collections.
Can you set up Klaviyo, tracking and apps?
Yes. Opt-in forms are included in every package. Klaviyo flows, Meta Pixel with Conversions API, GA4 and app integrations like reviews, upsells and filters are available as extras or included in larger packages.
Do you also run ads or create content for the store?
Yes. We've run Meta ads for 15+ years and have a content team, so the store, the ads and the content can come from one place. Ads and content are separate services, message us and we'll put a plan together.
How do revisions and delivery work?
Each package runs through three milestones: design, development and delivery, each with its own revision round. You review a first draft before we move on, and every store passes a QA check on desktop and mobile before handover.
