What kind of tasks can you help with?
Lots. Updating your booking system, adding classes, workshops and pricing, sorting your inbox, client follow-ups, creating reports, setting up and writing email automations, and retention and win-back campaigns. If it happens behind the scenes of a studio, I can probably take it off your plate.
Do I need to explain how my studio or software works?
No, and that's the whole point. I've spent 10+ years working in and managing yoga studios, so I already know the platforms, the product, the numbers and the systems. You skip the training and the hand-holding, and I get straight to work.
Which booking systems do you work with?
Most often Momence, Mindbody and Mariana Tek, and I'm comfortable with others too. Whatever you use, I can jump in.
How do the hour blocks work?
You buy a block of hours, we agree what to focus on, and I work through it within the delivery window. I'll keep you updated on what I've done and how many hours are left, so there are never any surprises.
Can I use this every month as ongoing support?
Absolutely. Some studios keep me on as a regular right hand, simply re-ordering their block each month. The 10 and 20-hour blocks are ideal for that, and we shape the priorities together as we go.
Can you help with sales and retention, or just admin?
Both, and the sales and retention side is where I'm a little different from a normal VA. Years on the front desk mean I know how to follow up leads, convert trials and win back lapsed members in a way that feels warm and helpful, never pushy.
What if I need more hours than my block?
No problem, you can add hours or move up to a bigger block any time. If you're regularly running over, I'll suggest the size that fits so you're always getting the best value.
Do you also set up a booking system from scratch?
