9+ years in an Architecture Firm looking to step out of the professional setting to offer low cost drafting services to home and small business owners. Providing plan sets that allow for easier communication with a contractor to start that can outline the extent of the project which means more accurate cost estimates. The biggest danger of construction is starting with a price in mind and running into issues along the way that make it too expensive. With the plans I provide there won't be a question of where the outlets go, cabinet or built-in, tile or carpet, etc. Plans for peace of mind.

Drafting Drawing Sets for Commercial, Medical Clinics, Residential, Retail and Site Development (swimming pools, gas station/retail, apartments, etc.) From Cover Information, code compliance, floor plan, elevations, roof plans, sections, electrical plans, door/window schedules, interior elevations, equipment schedules, including details and custom metal fabrication for unique decorative elements. The project always began with a discussion with the client and a meeting to take general measurements and locate all necessary aspects of the space. Using this information to create a planset and begin the back and forth with the client. To bring initial concept and physical possibilities closer together until a compromise is met on what is desired and what is possible. All construction has it's limits when you must abide by laws that can turn a saleable house into an unsaleable home. After design intent is finalized between owner and drafter then a drawing set detailing the existing and porposed is prepared. These plans can then be taken to the next agent to begin the process of construction with a concrete set of plans that allow for accurate cost estimates and cutting down on miscommunication during construction.
