This is my 2nd project with Lauren and it won't be my last! She is a great communicator and really cares about customer service and she always made sure that I was totally satisfied with my finished product, even if that meant a few tweaks here and there because I can be OCD at times (meaning all the time!). Use her and you will not be disappointed.
