- Une fois que vous enregistrez une marque auprès de l’USPTO (Office américain des brevets et des marques), cela informe le public que vous êtes le propriétaire présumé de la marque et que vous avez des droits exclusifs sur son utilisation.
- L’enregistrement d’une marque vous offre des avantages supplémentaires, notamment la possibilité d’intenter une action en justice fédérale en cas de violation de votre marque. De plus, vous pouvez utiliser le symbole ® à côté de votre nom ou logo de marque.
- Nous facilitons et rendons abordable l’enregistrement d’une marque auprès de l’USPTO. NOUVELLE EXIGENCE : À partir du 3 août 2019, si le titulaire de la marque n’est pas citoyen américain, il est obligatoire d’utiliser un avocat américain pour déposer votre marque.
* Les frais de dépôt auprès de l’USPTO sont de 420 $ pour chaque classe de produits ou services dans la demande. Ces frais gouvernementaux ne sont pas inclus dans les packages Fiverr.
