Served as Finance Director for RISE Community Services, overseeing financial operations and supporting the organization’s accounting, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and financial management needs. Managed day-to-day financial processes and worked to maintain accurate, organized financial records. Responsibilities included financial reporting, account reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting, payroll coordination, accounts payable and receivable, expense management, and supporting compliance requirements. Worked closely with leadership to provide clear financial information for decision-making and helped improve organization and consistency within financial processes. I also transitioned from the Finance Director role into a contracted position, continuing to provide financial support to the organization.
