Which AI systems is this service intended for?
This service is primarily intended for providers preparing documentation for an AI system that has already been classified, or is being assessed, as high-risk under the EU AI Act. It may also support organisations voluntarily preparing Annex IV-style documentation as a technical governance practice.
Does this gig include AI development or coding?
No. This is an AI technology consulting and technical-documentation service. It does not include software development, AI integration, model training, evaluation-pipeline development or deployment.
Will you determine whether my AI system is high-risk?
No. Legal classification depends on the system’s intended purpose, deployment context and applicable legislation. Please provide any existing legal guidance or classification assessment. I can document assumptions and identify information gaps, but I do not provide binding legal classification.
What is included in Annex IV technical documentation?
Depending on the package and available evidence, the documentation may cover the system purpose, versions, architecture, development process, models, data, capabilities, limitations, human oversight, testing, validation, risk management, lifecycle changes, standards and post-market monitoring.
Can you guarantee EU AI Act compliance?
No. I provide technical-documentation structuring and readiness support. Compliance depends on the system, implementation, evidence, organisational controls and legal assessment. I do not perform conformity assessments, issue certifications or guarantee regulatory approval.
What happens when technical evidence is unavailable?
I will not invent architecture, testing, risk or compliance evidence. Missing information will be identified in an evidence-gap register with recommended owners, actions and priorities for completion.
Can you prepare the EU declaration of conformity?
I can provide an information checklist or draft structure for the provider and qualified advisers to complete and review. I cannot issue, sign, approve or validate the formal declaration on the provider’s behalf.
Do you work with start-ups and SMEs?
Yes. I can structure a proportionate documentation pack based on the system’s complexity, available evidence and confirmed obligations. The Basic package is suitable for identifying gaps before commissioning a complete documentation pack.
Can you update existing Annex IV documentation?
Yes. I can review and update existing documentation after changes to the system, model, data, architecture, intended purpose, integrations or performance. Please provide the current document and a summary of the changes.
Is my project information confidential?
I treat client materials as confidential and use them only to complete the order. Please remove credentials, access keys, production secrets and unnecessary personal data before uploading. A client-provided NDA can be reviewed before work begins.
