I lead the support team and the front end troubleshooting for the company's web products. QA: I design and run manual test plans and technical audits before and after every deploy, looking for architecture faults, rendering errors and usability problems. Web performance: I measure and optimize Core Web Vitals, load times and mobile behavior, so speed does not cost the business conversions. I work as the quality bridge between the development and the support teams, so every delivery meets the acceptance criteria and we stop reworking the same things. I also catch critical integration and performance errors before they reach the client's users.
