I design and build AI automation systems for email and messaging workflows. What I build: - Gmail auto-triage systems that read incoming mail, star what matters, archive the noise, and flag anything uncertain for a human decision. Built with Google Apps Script and an LLM API, running inside the client's own Google account - no server, no install. - Plain-language rule design: I turn a client's real priorities (fund operations, invoices, client messages, verification codes) into classification rules the AI follows, then test them against real email. - Python tooling for local batch classification and mailbox-watching scripts. How I work: - Nothing is ever deleted - archive only, always recoverable. - The system never guesses on uncertain input; those items are left for a human. - Every automated run is logged, so the behaviour can be audited. Current focus: delivering these systems as a Fiverr service while completing my Computer Science diploma (SQA Advanced Diploma, UESTC / Bangor University pathway, graduating 2028).
