- Designed and integrated a complete control unit (CAD, electronic schematic and wiring, embedded software, pneumatic circuit, user interface) for subcontractor ANRH, developed over 3 months. - Diagnosed defects in the previous version of the C-Hawk pneumatic tool and developed a V2: structural reinforcement of 3D-printed parts, resizing of the seal grooves, CAD modeling of a new bellows. - Wrote 5 assembly drawings for the manufacturing and assembly of the C-Hawk tool, ensuring assembly reproducibility. - Carried out a vibration test (analysis of road, maritime and air environments by extrapolation using Basquin's law) and a shock test for product qualification of the tool. - Implemented a validation process covering 10 3D-printed part references and wrote the associated technical and user documentation.

- Integrated a UR10e collaborative robot (cobot) on an assembly line for antenna fitting, achieving a 97% correct clipping rate (out of 100 vehicles tested): design of grippers and mechanical interfaces, layout and safety of the robotic cell. - Sized an automated gravity racking system for an intralogistics setup (actuator selection, safety constraints). - Handled maintenance and reprogramming of a fleet of 5 AGVs equipped with industrial vision (sensor diagnostics, mechanical adjustments, trajectory adaptation).
