FAQ
What types of templates can you edit?
I can edit templates made in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other professional tools. If you're unsure, just send me the file and I'll confirm compatibility.
What do you need from me to get started?
I need the project/template file (e.g. .aep, .prproj), all assets used (fonts, media, plugins), and clear instructions on what you want changed (text, colors, images, logo, music, etc).
I bought a template from Envato / MotionArray. Can you edit it?
Yes! I specialize in customizing templates from sites like Envato Elements, VideoHive, MotionArray, Renderforest, and more.
Can you change text, logo, and music in the template?
Absolutely. I can adjust any editable elements including text, logo, music, colors, timing, transitions, and media files.
Will you send me the final video and the source file?
I always provide the rendered final video (MP4 or MOV). Source files can be included in Standard and Premium packages or added as an extra.
Can you deliver within 24 hours?
Yes, for most projects I offer express delivery. Please message me first to confirm availability and timeline.
What if I’m not satisfied with the edit?
I offer revisions based on your feedback. My goal is to make sure you're fully happy with the final result.
What if the template uses third-party plugins?
I work with most popular plugins (Element 3D, Saber, Optical Flares, etc.). If a plugin is missing or required, I’ll inform you before starting.
