I diagnose broken payment webhooks, subscription syncs, CMS/API connections and unreliable automation. My process is simple: reproduce the failure, find the root cause, make the agreed repair, add focused tests and document the handover. I also built a brand-neutral Integration Rescue Lab with 15 passing tests for signed events, duplicate and stale delivery, secure API pairing, retries, stalled-worker recovery and alerts.
