Job Title: Data Entry & Excel Specialist Job Summary Responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and formatting large datasets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Ensures data integrity, cleans up inconsistent spreadsheets, and creates clear, easy-to-read reports for client projects. Key Responsibilities Input, update, and clean raw data from various source documents into structured Excel spreadsheets with 100% accuracy. Format sheets professionally using consistent typography, aligned text/numbers, custom cell styling, borders, and visual color coding. Clean dirty datasets by removing duplicates, fixing layout issues, standardizing dates/currency, and splitting or merging text fields. Apply core formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, SUMIFS) and create Pivot Tables to analyze key metrics. Design clean dashboards, data charts, and conditional formatting rules for visual reporting. Validate data accuracy against source documents to catch discrepancies prior to delivery.
